Sean Fraser
As Founder and CEO of HVAC Pro CFO, Sean helps HVAC business owners build more profitable, financially healthy companies through outsourced CFO services, strategic financial guidance, and industry-specific expertise. He works closely with contractors to improve cash flow, increase margins, and make confident, data-driven decisions that support long-term growth.
Before founding HVAC Pro CFO, Sean worked at Deloitte & Touche and AEW Capital Management. He holds a dual MBA/MS in Accounting from Northeastern University, a graduate certificate from Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in Chinese from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his family, strength training, playing pickleball, and learning foreign languages.
Jiameng Fraser
As the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of HVAC Pro CFO, Jiameng oversees the firm’s technical and operational functions, ensuring every client receives accurate bookkeeping, reliable reporting, and efficient financial systems tailored to the HVAC industry.
With a strong background in finance and operations, she has experience helping businesses improve cash flow, profitability, and financial processes. Before co-founding HVAC Pro CFO, she worked at BNY Mellon and Bank of America, building expertise in financial analysis and client relationships.
Jiameng holds a Master’s in Finance from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Shenzhen University. She is also certified by QuickBooks and Bookkeeper Launch, bringing deep expertise in accounting systems and small business financial management.
Outside of work, Jiameng enjoys playing pickleball, dancing, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
Tomas Omeir
Tomas Omeir is the Accounting Manager at HVAC Pro CFO, bringing more than a decade of accounting and financial management experience to the team. Before joining the firm, Tomas served as a Senior Accountant at Omotayo CPA, where he prepared financial statements, managed bookkeeping for multiple clients, conducted account and bank reconciliations, and delivered accurate financial reporting to support better business decisions. His background also includes accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, financial analysis, and experience with platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Excel.
Outside of work, Tomas enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, learning about Japanese culture and language, and exploring new developments in technology and AI. A former professional fighting-game competitor, he still appreciates the strategy and competitive spirit of gaming. Most of all, Tomas enjoys connecting with people, sharing a good laugh, and building meaningful relationships.
